Back-office automation: from invoices to reporting

Manual work behind the scenes quietly eats time and money. Most of it can be automated — without the company changing the tools it’s used to.

Invoicing, copying data between systems, follow-ups, weekly reports — individually none of it takes much time. Together, though, it carves off a big chunk of the week, and worse: it repeats endlessly.

Automation connects these processes. Data flows between tools on its own, invoices are issued and sent, leads are scored and assigned, the report lands in your inbox on Monday morning. People only handle the exceptions.

It’s not about deploying an expensive system and rebuilding the whole company. Usually it’s enough to smartly connect what the company already uses (Make, LLM pipeline, CRM, invoicing tool) and add the missing links.

The result is boringly practical — and that’s exactly why it works: fewer errors, less routine, more time for the things a machine can’t do.
